Emily Lambert received her BA Honors in Acting from Paul McCartney's The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in Liverpool, England. She has a background in Visual Arts and performing arts, and has worked as a teaching artist to young girls in both England, Texas and New York. Liz Dahmen has six years of experience teaching visual art at the high school level. She holds a Master's in Educational Theater from NYU's Steinhardt School of Education. After teaching a quick series of Toy Design classes at Curious Jane over the summer, Liz fell in love with teaching the art of designing and building stuffed toys. From faux food to wild animals, aliens to magical creatures, there's nothing that can't be cut, stuffed and sewed into creation.

Ingrid Alvarez is an artist and business woman who has had a blast teaching 'Zine Scene, Lab Science, Fashion, and Toy Design in her first year with Curious Jane! She also teaches visual art and hip hop dance, and believes in achieving higher levels of self-confidence and self-empowerment through creative expression. Ingrid is inspired by music, fashion, fitness, health, photography, technology, pop culture -- and piquing her student's curiosity! You may also find her face painting for kids and painting live art at special events around New York City.

Luned Palmer is an art educator from Rhode Island. She majored in art at Swarthmore College and lived in San Francisco for 4 years before she moved to Astoria where she lives with her husband, Brett, and cat, Guy.  When she is not teaching with Curious Jane, she is knee deep in the art and museum worlds, giving tours, working in development and freelancing as a graphic designer.  She loves Curious Jane and always has a blast teaching!
